All Technicians and Engineers are regularly trained by Hilti, Bahrain in the safety and operational aspects and also in the proper maintenance of various sophisticated equipment to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operations. As a result, HDC has been recognized as Hilti’s preferred and approved Contractor for controlled demolition, concrete cutting and coring works.
It is the policy of the company to train all employees adequately so that they carry out the works on the proven Quality Management principle of “Do It Right The First Time” to avoid defects, reworks, repairs, wastes, and replacements with the aim of achieving total Customer Satisfaction.
